Brighton Explorers Club (BEC) is a multi-activity club and charity for over-18s. It aims to get people active in the great outdoors. While its charitable focus is on young adults, it has (and encourages) active members of all ages.
Its Thursday mountain bike ride happens throughout the year, come rain or shine. It is moderately- or low-paced and is cross-country on downland trails and singletrack.
The ride can take a couple of hours – or longer in the summer evenings. It might even finish at a pub…
