  • Hodshrove Lane
  • The Highway
  • The Avenue

Junction Review:

  • Priority for southbound cyclists at junction of Lewes Road with Coombe Road.


  • Prevent parking in the cycle lane at Coombe Terrace and Pelham Terrace.

  1. Crossing from the A270 northbound into bevendean is very challenging across 5 lanes of traffic with no cycling adaptation s other than dismounting and waiting at 2 separate pelican crossings.

  2. On moulsecoomb way there are ALWAYS cars parked blocking the uphill cycle lane that goes through the chevrons and a long line of communal bins blocking the downhill section. Some visible and simple signs (as well as potential parking fines) are really necessary as is the council moving the bins.
