Bricycles is Brighton and Hove Cycling Campaign. It is a community group funded by members’ subscription and donations. We do not at present receive any external funding, and have only rarely received funding in the past. We are non-profit making.

Bricycles is your local cycling group. We cycle and we aim to make cycling easier, safer and more attractive in Brighton, Hove and Sussex. The more people who join us, the more influence we can have on making things better for people cycling – and that means better for you!

  1. Hi!

I am one of the admin members on a facebook page called “Worthing Cycling”. This page began life just over a year ago to try and promote non competitive cycling in and around Worthing. We now have admin from the Worthing Cycle Forum, the Fire Service, the 20s Plenty Campaign and various local Cycle Schemes (Durrington and Lancing are the main ones).
Anyway, the main reason for this email is to promote our family cycling event on Saturday 3rd January on Worthing Prom. We are meeting at the wind shelter at the bottom of George Fifth Ave at 10:30, as this is the beginning of the traffic free route and therefore ideal for younger cyclists with their new Christmas bikes! (plus its free to park!).
I was wondering if you could forward this email to your members, and invite them to find us on facebook by searching for Worthing Cycling – there is more info about the event there too!
Hope to meet some of you there, I will be on my cargo trike with the kids up front!

Many thanks, hope you have had a good Christmas so far, and a happy new year!
