The book is an excellent read, a little
tale of Brighton that’s good enough to eat. It includes some of
Rob’s recipes and cycle routes. The book costs £7.99 and is

Rob’s latest offering follows the success
of his previous book A Mule in Rouen – A Discovery of Upper
Rob spent many years cooking in Oxford,
Copenhagen and Nice, he has also run restaurants in both
